Wesley Hill

New Testament Scholar & Author

Wesley Hill is Associate Professor of New Testament at Western Theological Seminary and a leading evangelical voice on celibate gay Christian life. A founding contributor to the Spiritual Friendship project, he has written candidly about holding to a traditional Christian sexual ethic while also calling the church to richer practices of friendship, kinship, and belonging. His scholarly work centers on Pauline theology, particularly Trinitarian readings of Paul.
