Wayne Grudem
Wayne Grudem is Professor of Theology and Biblical Studies at Phoenix Seminary in Arizona, where he has taught since 2001 after more than twenty years at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where he chaired the Department of Biblical and Systematic Theology. A graduate of Harvard (BA), Westminster Seminary-Philadelphia (MDiv, DD), and the University of Cambridge (PhD), Grudem brings both evangelical passion and academic rigor to systematic theology.
His Systematic Theology: An Introduction to Biblical Doctrine, with over 750,000 copies sold and recently released in a revised and expanded second edition, stands as the most widely used systematic theology resource in evangelicalism. President of the Evangelical Theological Society (1999) and General Editor of the ESV Study Bible (ECPA Book of the Year 2009), Grudem has shaped evangelical theology and biblical interpretation. His integrative approach—combining careful exegesis, doctrinal precision, and practical application—has established him as one of evangelicalism's most authoritative theological voices.
