Voddie Baucham

Voddie Baucham is a Reformed theologian, pastor, author, and educator who served as founding dean of the School of Divinity at African Christian University in Lusaka, Zambia (2015-2024). His work emphasizes family discipleship and multi-generational faithfulness through family-integrated ministry, articulated in his influential book Family Driven Faith: Doing What It Takes to Raise Sons and Daughters Who Walk with God (2007).

Baucham's advocacy for family-integrated churches—where families worship and receive formation together rather than separated by age—has shaped evangelical approaches to family ministry and discipleship. He served as board member of the National Center for Family-Integrated Churches and moved his family to Zambia to demonstrate his commitment to gospel-centered family formation and global Christian education.
