Tim Challies

Tim Challies is a Canadian Reformed Baptist pastor, author, and blogger who has written daily at Challies.com since 2003, making him one of the longest-running and most-read evangelical bloggers in the English-speaking world. He serves as a pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Toronto and is a co-founder of Cruciform Press.

Challies's books span topics from biblical discernment and pornography to visual theology and family devotions, and his Visual Theology project translates complex doctrinal categories into accessible infographic-style charts and books. After the unexpected death of his twenty-year-old son Nick in 2020, Challies published Seasons of Sorrow, a year-long journal of grief that has become a widely-read companion for bereaved Christians.
