Reggie Joiner
Reggie Joiner is the founder and former CEO of Orange (reThink Group, Inc.), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping churches maximize their influence on the next generation's spiritual growth. After eleven years as executive director of family ministry at Andy Stanley's North Point Community Church in Georgia, Joiner developed innovative family ministry models including KidStuf (bringing parents and children together to learn about God) and the Grow Up conference.
Through Orange, Joiner articulated the "Think Orange" philosophy—combining the strongest elements of church and family to create a revolutionary strategy affecting children's spiritual formation. His book Think Orange: Imagine the Impact When Church and Family Collide has shaped evangelical family ministry approaches. However, in April 2024, Joiner resigned following allegations of long-term sexual misconduct, significantly impacting his legacy and raising important conversations about accountability in evangelical leadership.
