Paul Vieira

Paul Vieira is a reporter in The Wall Street Journal's Canada bureau, based in Ottawa, where he covers the Canadian economy, trade, energy policy, and cross-border relations with the United States. A journalism graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, he previously reported on business and finance for the National Post and The Globe and Mail.
