Michael L. Brown
Michael L. Brown is an American apologist, radio host, author, and proponent of Messianic Judaism and the Charismatic movement. Holding a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from New York University, Brown has served as visiting or adjunct professor at numerous institutions including Southern Evangelical Seminary, Gordon-Conwell, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Fuller Seminary. His nationally syndicated radio show The Line of Fire reaches audiences throughout the United States addressing apologetics, cultural issues, and biblical faith.
Widely recognized as the world's foremost Messianic Jewish apologist, Brown has debated Jewish rabbis, secular professors, and activists on radio, television, and college campuses. In the mid-1990s, he became a leader in the Brownsville Revival charismatic outpouring in Florida. His prolific writing and speaking engage contemporary culture with biblical wisdom while addressing controversy and defending Christian truth claims.
