Ken Sande

Ken Sande is a lawyer, engineer, mediator, and founder of Peacemaker Ministries (now Relational Wisdom 360), who has devoted his career to equipping Christians with biblical tools for conflict resolution and reconciliation. His groundbreaking book The Peacemaker: A Biblical Guide to Resolving Personal Conflict (first published 1991) sold over 500,000 copies in twenty languages and set the standard for evangelical approaches to biblical mediation and dispute resolution.

Sande's four-part peacemaking process—Glorify God, Get the log out of your eye, Gently restore, Go and be reconciled—has shaped evangelical practice in churches, families, and Christian organizations worldwide. Through Peacemaker Ministries, the Institute for Christian Conciliation, and now Relational Wisdom 360, Sande continues to provide training, mediation, and conciliation services while advocating for a distinctly Christian approach to conflict that prioritizes gospel reconciliation over litigation.
